I certainly would be remiss if I didn't express my sincere thanks and appreciation for all you have done for me and "my ears" the past 12 years. Recently having difficulties, the VA tested and found my right ear to be severely weakened. They provided me with new hearing aids. I find service poor, having been spoiled by my previous vendor!
